My Therapeutic Space
Providing a warm, steady, and professional space for your journey. Life can be complex, and having room to pause, reflect, and make sense of things matters. Whether we meet in my Northwich office or online, you’ll find an environment where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at a pace that feels safe, supported, and genuinely your own.
How I Work
My practice is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models to find the right approach for your unique needs. I prioritise a collaborative relationship, offering a steady, non-judgmental presence.
I work with people aged 21 and over. I also provide supervision for charity emotional support services.
Experience & Lived Experience
I bring years of clinical experience across diverse settings, working with individuals navigating complex life transitions, trauma, and emotional challenges. My own lived experience deeply informs my empathy and commitment to providing inclusive, authentic care.
Supervision
I offer a reflective, collaborative clinical supervision space for fellow practitioners. We focus on enhancing clinical insight, managing the weight of the therapeutic role, and maintaining high standards of ethical practice.
